The Board Papers board portal makes distributing and reviewing documents for board and committee meetings easy and paperless. Meeting organizers quickly assemble agendas and documents using Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365. Agendas and documents are then published to participants' Mac, laptop and mobile devices. Using the simple and intuitive app, meeting attendees begin reviewing documents with just a couple of clicks, on or offline.

Your directors sign in to securely access all their meeting materials from a single app on their Mac. Features include:
